About Dennis
I am committed to helping my clients reduce much of the stress associated with home financing transactions. By guiding them through what can often be a complex and emotional process, I help ensure they are well-prepared every step of the way to secure the financing that best fits their needs.
To better serve my clients, I’ve partnered with E Mortgage Capital, giving me access to a broad network of lending solutions and competitive mortgage programs. This allows me to provide personalized financing options while delivering a smooth and efficient lending experience.
I began my career in loan origination at a La Jolla-based mortgage servicing company called Bowest in 1989, shortly after completing college. That is where I discovered my passion for the mortgage industry.
In 1994, after spending a year as a loan officer for Legacy Mortgage Corporation in Colorado, I purchased the company. I am proud of the success of Legacy Mortgage and the many individuals and families we were able to help. After many successful years in Colorado, I returned to San Diego in 2006. Like many others, I stepped away from the mortgage industry in 2008 and spent several years in the software services industry, focusing on financial services. That experience gave me a fresh perspective on managing complex processes and delivering exceptional client service.
Today, I am excited to be back doing what I enjoy most helping people achieve their homeownership and financial goals. Working with E Mortgage Capital allows me to offer a wide variety of mortgage solutions while providing the personalized guidance and responsive service my clients deserve.
My goal is simple: to help every client find the mortgage program and competitive financing solution that best fits their unique needs.
Why Choose Us
My personal philosophy
No one skates through life without hard challenges. It is how we deal with these adversities that shapes us, proves our character, and often means the difference between success and failure.
This is a theme that repeats itself over and over in my volunteer work with brain injury survivors. As someone who has worked hard to overcome the effects of a traumatic brain injury I can tell you that this volunteer effort is one of the most rewarding ways I can possibly spend my time.
Does that translate to the mortgage business? Maybe not directly, but I can tell you it effects everything I do. I strive to bring excellence to all of my clients.
